EY Shop Return Policy

We always try our best that our customers receive the best quality goods. Our first priority is to satisfy our customers and receive what they actually order and pack their orders in good packaging material to secure the goods. But there may be a chance or an unfortunate occasion when something wrong with your order from EY Shop. It can happen any of the below:

  • There may be some missing items in your order
  • The product now working properly
  • The item is defective or already damaged
  • Received a wrong item

We realize that these mistakes do happen sometimes, and so we have put a system in place to help the customers and sellers to reach a reasonable arrangement for returning, replacing, or refunding for an item.

If you have a problem with your order on EY Shop, your first step should be to contact our customer’s support team within 7 days after receiving your order.  The case will go with our quality control team and they will make a fair judgment. If our team found a problem in the product, the solution may be as under:

  • Buyer can return the goods and get 100% refund. Buyer have to bear shipping charges for returning the item
  • Buyer can keep the goods and get 100% refund or partial refund according to the judgment of our quality team
